HOSTEL LIFE

It was my second time to be separated from my family. At first I felt difficult to be adjust with new people but as time passes everything settled.

For me hostel rules were not much strict here at RITH compare to my hostel life at high school.

The most interesting thing is WiFi which is 24 hour free and we dont get bored.

PRATICAL CASSES

We did lots of particle classes like Culinary Art(cooking), Restaurant Management, Exclusive Service Method Patisseries etc...

Among those particle Exclusive Service Method is my favorite because I can make different coffee, cocktail and mock tail.

Mushroom Festival

we went for mushroom festival at Genekha. It is the main festival of Mustakai (Sangay Shamo). From there we brought Mustakai and prepare Japinese cousin called Mushroom Risoto and Mustakai soup.

Field trips to Paro

We went to Beer factory and Tashi Namgay resort. At there the owner of the beer factory explained us about the process of beer making and types of beer they produced. We even got chance to taste all seven types of beer(red rice lager, druk ale, wheat beer, IPA, apple sider, milk stout and pilsnar).

After visiting the beer factory we went to Tashi Namgay Resort which is one of the best 3 star hotel in Bhutan.

The FnB manager (pass out of RITH) explained us all the department of the Resort and provided with tea and mock tail.Finally he bid us farewell and we went for lunch.
